Our customer support team has many years of experience under their belts building and living in tiny houses, skoolies, vans, trailers and is happy to help you with your project. Due to the volume of calls we receive, it can sometimes take us a few days to return voice messages. If you need an answer quickly, we recommend sending an email instead.

If you're in North Idaho, you can schedule an appointment to take a look at the stoves or pick up your order. Our warehouse is a fulfillment center so we won't have anyone on site who can answer questions or sell you stoves or parts but our customer support team who work remotely all over the country would be happy to assist you with any questions and planning via email or phone.
