We’ve always built our stoves to stand the test of time, and we’re standing behind them with two layers of protection to keep you burning strong for years to come.
Built for Life Guarantee - Lifetime Coverage on Consumables
As the original owner of a Dwarf Stove purchased after August 1, 2025, you’re eligible for our Built for Life Guarantee. We’ll replace these key consumable parts - once per year, for life. This includes firebricks, door glass, and gaskets for both the door and glass.
Parts must have worn out or broken from normal use. This doesn’t cover repeated misuse or intentional damage, and parts are subject to availability. To qualify, register your stove within 2 years of the purchase date. Eligible stoves must be purchased from Tiny Wood Stove.
5-Year Transferable Warranty
Every Dwarf Stove also comes with a standard 5-year transferable limited warranty on materials and workmanship. That means if anything goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered - whether you’re the original owner or not.
If your stove qualifies under this warranty, we’ll repair it, replace it, or refund your money (up to the original purchase price). This warranty doesn’t cover:
- Misuse, abuse, improper installation or maintenance
- Wear and tear on consumables like firebricks, gaskets, and glass
- Shipping costs
- Incidental, consequential, or indirect damages
