9-Inch Cast Iron Dutch Oven

A Dutch oven is a versatile and durable cooking tool for any kitchen and this one fits perfectly inside and on top of the Dwarf Baking Oven. Use the even heat distribution of cast iron to bake fresh artisan bread loaves, saute onions and garlic, or simmer a soup all day.  The pre-seasoned surface comes ready to use and will only improve in its non-stick capabilities over time as the seasoning deepens with use.

What stoves does it fit on?

The Dutch oven will fit inside the Dwarf baking oven and even the Dwarf 5kW stove. With a nice bed of coals instead of an active fire, you can bake inside the Dwarf 5kW stove. When using the rear exit flue, this Dutch oven fits perfectly on top of all our stoves and the baking oven. However, with the top exit flue, the stovetop surface is limited to smaller-diameter pots and pans, so we recommend using a smaller Dutch oven in that case.

• 4-1/8″ high (6-1/4″ high with lid)

Care Instructions

• Hand wash only
• Clean after use while still warm. Harsh chemicals should not be used – only hot water and cloth or sponge are needed. If some areas require extra cleaning, a mild scouring pad can be used.
• Dry completely and wipe down with a light coat of a high smoke point oil such as shortening or canola oil.
