MightyVent 5″ UL Roof Support Bracket

$100.00

The MightyVent AF 5″ roof support bracket carries the weight of your MightyVent 5″ chimney from the roof, so the insulated pipe can run straight down into the room without a ceiling support box. A 304 stainless band clamps around the pipe and bolts to two 0.118″ stainless L-shaped base plates that fasten to flat or pitched roofs. If your chimney extends more than 5′ above the roof, you’ll need a MightyVent 5″ Extended Roof Support Bracket. *** Limited Availability: Initial stock of the new UL parts line is limited, so it’s currently only available if you’re purchasing a Dwarf…

Description

What a roof support bracket does

This bracket is used where there’s no ceiling support box, such as unfinished buildings, workshops, garages and boats. It fastens to the roof and holds the chimney’s weight. The insulated pipe continues down into the room, where the single wall to insulated adapter switches over to stove pipe.

What makes MightyVent different

  • 0.118″ base plates. Two L-shaped stainless base plates, 0.118″ thick, spread the load into your roof.
  • Pivots for roof pitch. Each base plate has a pivot hole and a curved slot for the band’s bolts, so the chimney stays plumb on flat or pitched roofs.
  • UL listed. Part of the MightyVent UL 103 Type HT chimney system.
