3” Single to Double Adapter

$40.00

This adapter allows you to step up from our single wall pipe to double wall insulated pipe. Made from the same high quality stainless-steel as our insulated pipe.

Don’t forget clamps! Every pipe joint needs to be secured with either a clamp or three stovepipe screws. We recommend ordering a pipe clamp along with each section of flue pipe. The Single to Double Adapter will use a Single Wall Pipe clamp on the bottom and a Double Wall Pipe Clamp on the top.

Availability: In stock (can be backordered)

SKU: 3"SDAdapter Category:

Made from .5mm Stainless Steel 316 Inner Wall / Stainless Steel 304 Outer.  Adds approximately 2″-2.5″ to overall flue height.

This adapter is secured to the insulated pipe with a double-wall locking clamp, and the single-wall pipe with a single-wall locking clamp (both sold separately).

Is this adapter available with a male crimped bottom and a female top so creosote doesn’t leak out?

      Jeremiah-

Thanks for the question. Yes, that is the configuration of this adapter. The male single-wall end is on the bottom with the inner wall female on the top to prevent creosote or other condensing liquids from leaking out of the pipe. The outer wall of the insulated pipe is male up and female down, which sheds rain water to the outside of the pipe where the chimney is above the roof line.
