  1. You omitted the excellent Fatsco Pet Stove model 450, which is 9.5 inches high, 6 inches in diameter and with an 8.5 inch diameter lantern base with mounting holes cast in.

The Fatsco stoves were designed to run well on charcoal, and harcoal briquettes give good output and duration from the small firebox. Charcoal briquettes also take up very little space to store.

These stoves don’t require much separation from furniture or walls and can fit very well on a shelf a little larger than the base (8.5 inches).

Liveaboard crews on wooden boats particularly like these stoves for their dry heat output which quickly dries out wet and damp cabins!

I bought my Fatsco Pet Stove for a very small van conversion and it is without doubt one of my favourite things, both practical, efficient and quite lovely!
